The PSA manages accommodation ranging from one and two-bedroom units through to larger houses.
Striving To Cover All Your Aged Accommodation Needs
The PSA is managed by a Board of Pingelly locals experienced in business and not-for-profit governance. They have no paid staff but use the income from the rentals to contract the management and administration of all accommodation to the Pingelly Community Resource Centre.

Shire Street – four 1-bedroom units
Somerset Street – four 2-bedroom duplexes sharing a carport roof
Hallett Houses – two 2.5 bedroom houses
Community Place – five 2 bedroom houses
